Welcome to YWAM’s European Leaders’ Learning Community!

We are a place where you can connect to leaders from across Europe and find resources to grow into the best leader you can be.

Every month we provide resources on a particular theme. There are four elements every month – two 10-minute LDx videos, two written Articles, a Leadership Lounge (where our hosts interview a European leader), and a Roundtable Discussion to summarise the input and bring some conclusions. These will all be available on our main page.

All of our previous resources are available in our Archives section with a great search facility so you can find just what you are looking for. You can also find all of our media options on your favourite podcasting platform.

You can look at our Resources area if you are looking for a speaker for one of your schools. There is a whole library of teachers with their specialised speaking topics listed. If you are looking for a coach, mentor, or debriefer – you need to look no further. We also have a new list of spiritual directors, so check out the list of available leaders to help you in your growth and development as a leader. For security reasons you will need to sign up to get access to this area.

There’s also a rundown of leadership training opportunities around Europe as well as dates of events and happenings around the YWAM Europe world, so you can keep in touch.
