The LDC is a 6 week intensive, interactive course that was first started at the Seamill Centre in Scotland but is now in many locations around the world.
If you have had at least 5 years experience as a leader and looking at a training sabbatical, going through a transition in role, looking for your future focus in leadership, wanting to go deeper with the Lord personally, then this is the course for you.
The course looks into the phases of growth of a leader’s life, mentoring, team building, direction setting and so much more. Practical one to one mentoring, peer mentoring, workshops, ministry times and groups of all kinds are a vital part of the course. In any year around 250 leaders are being trained through LDC. b2b is a creative, relational, impactful week (sometimes up to 10 days) for anyone who wants to explore their leadership potential. It’s designed for emerging leaders with several years or with very little experience.
Whether you are just stepping into a leadership role or have been leading a team in the city for a few years, about to staff a DTS, or serving in some other capacity, you will benefit from the course. The values are the same as the LDC and you will receive input through team teaching, interactive workshops, processing everything as you go.
Topics would include: the character of the leader, discerning God’s will, pioneering ministry, vision development, relationships in the team, conflict resolution and more.
