Monday, 3 February
Additional and up to date information including any changes for each day will be shared via the WhatsApp (announcement only) group launching on 24 January.
14:00-18:30 | Arrivals & Check-in
From 14:00, the ELG check-in desk in the lobby will be your first stop. Our check-in helpers will direct you through the process to pay remaining fees, get your badge and room keys. If you arrive earlier that day, space will be made available to store your luggage until check-in opens.
After 18:30 and for our check-in desk later in the week – please look for the ELG info desk during breaks and between sessions.

Our welcome session will include a cultural presentation.
21:00 | Meet & Greet
Enjoy sweet treats brought by your fellow delegates from their home countries.

11:15 | Morning Plenary Session | Main Meeting Space
FOCUS: releasing a new movement of prayer & intercession
13:oo | Lunch | Hotel Restaurant
Lead or join a Table Topic conversation or simply connect with new and old friends and co-workers.
14:30 – 15:45 | Workshops | in meeting spaces around the hotel
Workshops will be announced on the WhatsApp group and onscreen in the Main Meeting Space. Workshops will last the full session and be more in depth than Mini Talks, for example.
15:45 – 17:00 | Small Group Fika and Discussion
Each delegate will be assigned a small group to meet with during the week. Together you will process the daily theme shared in the morning’s plenary session over afternoon refreshments.
17:00 – 18:30 | ACT Meetings & Circle/Network Meetings | in meeting spaces around the hotel
ACTs should plan to meet in this time and invite delegates directly. Other networks or circles such as frontiers/prayer/communications /etc. can also use this time to meet. Conveners – stop at the info desk to tell us your meeting details so we can announce it.

Wednesday, 5 February
Late Arrivals must check-in and get their badge before attending sessions. Please enquire at the ELG info desk near the entrance to our meeting room.

Enjoy a rest, have a swim, or connect with other delegates informally

Join your small group for afternoon refreshments and time to process the day’s theme.
17:00 – 18:30 | Circle Meetings | in meeting spaces around the hotel
This time is provided for you to organise your own circle/network meetings or connect with your teams. If you would like to invite others to join you, please share your meeting details at the ELG info desk.

Dinner is only an hour this evening so please finish promptly to be on time for the evening session.
19:30 – 21:00 | Storytelling | Main Meeting Space
This is an open evening so local pastors and friends of YWAM will join us to hear stories of God’s grace and victory throughout Europe.

17:00 – 18:30 | Mini Talks | in meeting spaces around the hotel
Mini Talks will run for about 20-25 minutes multiple times during this session. You’ll have the opportunity to attend up to 3 different Mini Talks. Not as long as a workshop, you can still catch the heart of a topic and meet others who share your interest.

Dinner is only an hour this evening so please finish promptly to be on time for the closing session.
19:30 – 21:30 | Closing Session | Main Meeting Space
In our closing session, we want to respond to what the Lord has been sharing with us through the world and commission one another for the task ahead.

DEPARTURE DAY FOR ALL DELEGATES
Any delegates staying longer at the hotel need to have pre-booked to join mealtimes and stay additional nights.
Communications Circle Meeting
The Communications Circle will meet this morning and afternoon and eat lunch and dinner together. Stop by the info desk during the week if you need further info about the Comms Circle.
