Frank Bauer reminds us as leaders that what we do is for Jesus and for His glory. This often is forgotten and overlooked in our busy days. We lead others and serve others to see God’s dream and His Kingdom come through and to see His Kingdom grow.

Andrea Barnette

In this LDx talk, Belinda Chaplin chats with Andrea Barnette about her experiences of working with servant leadership over the years. Andrea, who has been working with YWAM for 17 years and is now part of the Leadership Team at YWAM Seamill, Scotland, emphasized the importance of compassion, character, and empowering others in servant leadership. She also drew out many principles that she has learnt over the years from other servant leaders, to put into practice in her own leadership journey. A must watch/listen for all those who want to grow in their servant-heartedness in their leadership.
