Understanding your Gift Focus in the Leadership Team

Question 1 - What questions you would ask your team?

When answering, please score yourself 0 to 10, indicating to what degree the statement is true in your life.

For example, for the highest priority, you might enter 10, then 8, 6, 4, down to 2 or even 0 if you would not prioritise this item at all.
You must prioritise them for the five answers. so please do NOT use the same score twice within any question.

Where are you going?  What’s your vision? What are you planning?

What are you doing?  What needs deciding? How is the ministry structured?

How are you?  What are you learning? What needs do you have?

What is God saying to you? What aspect of growth are you working on?

Are you fulfilled, expressing your gifts, feel you belong, functioning well with the team?

Question 2 - What results are you looking for your team?

Clear strategy & plan in place; Financial order; Good organisation; Decisions made clearly;
