Tom Marshall (Tonbridge, England: Sovereign World 1991)

Tom Marshall from New Zealand used to teach in YWAM schools, LTSs and conferences in the 1970 and 80ties. He had a strong prophetic teaching gift and became a blessing to many. This book is a wonderful treasure trove for those who want to learn about leadership. Based on his years of experience, it provides necessary tools to help implement successful long-term leadership. It covers areas such as setting goals-imparting vision, servant-leadership, coping with criticism and Biblical stress management. Floyd McClung urges every spiritual leader to study it carefully.
